Every site round, on record.
Site rounds, logs and reports in one app. Staff check in at each checkpoint and log what they find. Every entry is tracked to done, and every report is ready to share.
What is Site Log?
MyWatchtower Site Log is cloud software from JEKA Software for site rounds, shared logs and reports. It is built for the teams that run rounds at a site, the companies that run them for their clients, and the managers of communities, campuses and warehouses.
You draw checkpoints on a site map and link them into routes. Staff start a round in the mobile app, and their phone checks them in at each checkpoint. Every check-in, note, photo and log entry is saved with a time and a place, and every round becomes a record you can export or share.
From the first checkpoint to the final report.
See Site Log in about 90 seconds: draw a route, check in on a round, log what you find, and share the report.
Ready to see it on your site?
Your site, your route.
Draw checkpoint zones on your site map and link them into a route. Choose how each checkpoint checks in, and when each round should run.
- Checkpoint zones on the site map, in a set order or any order
- A check-in rule for each checkpoint: no prompt, confirm, answer a question, or add a note
- Schedules by day and time, with a repeat interval and a grace period
Start every shift in the know.
At the start of a shift, staff read the instructions in force and the handover notes, and acknowledge them. Then they start a round.
- Standing instructions with versions, and a record of who acknowledged each one
- Handover notes from the last shift, ticked off one by one
- Site contacts on hand in the app
Check in at every checkpoint.
As staff reach each checkpoint, their phone checks them in. One tap logs what they find: all good, a note with photos, or needs attention.
- Geofenced check-ins at each checkpoint zone, with the time and place saved
- Notes and photos at any checkpoint
- Needs attention opens a log entry with the checkpoint and location already filled in
- Works with no signal: entries wait on the phone and sync when the signal returns
Every round, on record.
Each round keeps its check-ins, notes and photos, with the times and places. Scheduled rounds that did not happen and checkpoints that were skipped are flagged.
- Every round with its route, person, start time and length
- Missed rounds and skipped checkpoints flagged
- Round records as PDFs under your own company name, ready to send to a client
One log for everything.
Violations, maintenance and notes share one log. Each entry has a type, a status and a history, and anyone with permission can add one.
- Entry types such as Violation, Maintenance and Note, and you can add your own
- A review queue and clear statuses, from pending review to closed
- The history of every person and vehicle across all entries
Every entry, tracked to done.
Violations go from the first report to a mailed notice. Maintenance reports become issues that someone owns.
Violations
From violation to notice.
Confirm a violation, approve the notice, and send it by email or certified letter, with tracking.
- The rule cited and a cure-by date on each violation
- Notice templates that fill in the owner, address and dates
- Certified letters with USPS tracking and a return receipt
- Status from open, to notice sent, to cured
Maintenance
Repeat reports, one issue.
Matching reports nearby join one issue. Assign it, track it, and share it with your contractor.
- Similar open issues nearby are suggested as staff log a report
- A priority, an owner and a due date on each issue
- Email a PDF with photos to a contractor, who needs no account
Flexible reports, easy to share.
Build a report on the log or on site rounds, for any date range. Then chart it, export it, or send it to your team in a click.
- Charts and totals by entry type, status, route or week
- Export to CSV or PDF
- Share a report with your team, your board or your client
- A daily digest by email at the time you choose
Built for any site.
Site Log started with community associations. It works the same way wherever your staff walk a route.
Communities
HOA rounds, amenity checks, violations and notices, and maintenance for the board.
Campuses
Rounds across buildings and lots, with a record for each shift and a report for each client.
Warehouses
Checkpoints at docks, yards and gates, with notes and photos at every stop.
