How Visitors Enter
The kiosk gives every visitor a simple, secure path through your gate. Each method maintains a complete record of every interaction.


PIN Code Entry
Residents issue unique PIN codes to expected guests in advance. At the kiosk, the visitor enters the PIN and access is granted instantly.
QR Code Scan
Visitors present a QR code on their phone to the kiosk scanner. The credential is verified instantly and the gate opens in seconds.
Directory & Resident Call
Visitors without a credential search the community directory and place a call to the resident's registered phone. The resident authorizes access with a single key press, from anywhere.
A photo with every entry
Regardless of entry method, the kiosk captures a photo of the visitor at the moment of entry and attaches it to the entry record alongside the timestamp and gate used. If a question ever arises about who entered, the answer is a verified record with a face attached.
